Principal Engineer, Enterprise Scalability

Our partner is looking for a Principal Engineer, Enterprise Scalability based in the United States . The Principal Engineer will lead platform-wide initiatives to strengthen scalability, performance, reliability, and multi-region readiness for a high-growth, multi-tenant SaaS environment. As a senior individual contributor reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will influence technical strategy through hands-on engineering, architectural leadership, and collaboration across teams. You will identify critical system bottlenecks, drive high-impact improvements, and establish measurable standards that prepare the platform for increasingly demanding enterprise workloads. Working across system design, profiling, implementation, and production rollout, you will help make performance engineering a repeatable part of everyday development.
