Business Analyst - Health Insurance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst – Health Insurance based in Netherlands. We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the analysis and optimization of business processes and insurance applications within the Swiss health and accident insurance sector. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT specialists to translate complex requirements into effective technical and operational solutions. You will manage requirements throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial analysis and documentation to implementation and delivery. A key focus will be improving claims processing workflows and automated invoice verification systems. You will also contribute to application configuration, data maintenance, quality assurance, and release management. Working across customer projects and multidisciplinary teams, you will help ensure that insurance solutions remain reliable, efficient, and compliant.
