Creative Strategist

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a performance creative role at the heart of a fast-growing AI SaaS startup, sitting within the Marketing team alongside a Creative Director. You will own paid ad strategy and scripting across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms, turning ideas into scroll-stopping, conversion-driving creative with real autonomy. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Script and concept paid ads at pace, developing hooks and angles that convert across platforms. - Own creative direction for campaigns, continuously testing and evolving narrative approaches. - Collaborate with a Static Ads Designer and Content Creator to bring concepts through to finished output. - Analyze performance data and iterate on what works, building a library of winning angles and frameworks. - Operate independently day-to-day, with the Creative Director setting overall direction and handling final sign-off. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3 or more years scripting and conceptualizing paid ads for performance-driven campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or comparable platforms. - Demonstrable track record of writing hooks, angles, and narratives that drive measurable conversion results. - Native-level German proficiency and strong written and verbal English skills. - Ability to produce high-quality ad scripts and concepts at volume without sacrificing speed or quality. - Experience iterating creative based on performance data, A/B testing, and analytics dashboards. - Comfort collaborating with designers and content creators from concept through to execution. - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with minimal oversight. - Genuine enthusiasm for AI and its applications in marketing and creative work. - Background in AI, SaaS, or SMB-focused product marketing is a plus. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: 65,000 to 100,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is available. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria.
