Director of Digital Intelligence & Transformation

Burton Sinclair is recruiting a Director of Digital Intelligence & Transformation for a group of businesses operating across Ireland and the UK. The brief is to improve how these businesses use technology, software, data and AI. You’ll set the group’s digital direction and take responsibility for delivering improvements that strengthen operations, increase efficiency and support growth. The role Working with senior business leaders and a specialist team, you will: - Assess existing systems and processes, identifying opportunities for integration, automation and practical applications of AI. - Build a digital roadmap with clear investment priorities and measurable commercial benefits. - Lead projects from initial assessment through implementation, adoption and review. - Establish shared approaches across the group and develop tailored solutions for individual businesses. - Lead the digital team and external technology partners, with oversight of security, data protection and technology governance. About you You bring senior experience in digital transformation, technology strategy or solutions architecture, with a record of delivering programmes across multiple businesses or complex operating environments. You understand business systems, integration, data and automation. You can assess emerging technologies, make sound investment decisions and work closely with business leaders to turn plans into operational improvements.
