Area Sales Director (Pacific Northwest)

This is a high-impact sales leadership role focused on building and leading a best-in-class field organization during a major commercial launch. You’ll oversee a multi-state territory spanning key Pacific Northwest and Western markets, with responsibility for talent, strategy, execution, and results. The role combines hands-on coaching, territory planning, data-driven selling, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll recruit and develop high-performing Specialty Sales Managers while establishing a culture built on accountability, integrity, and continuous development. Working closely with healthcare professionals and practices, you’ll help translate clinical evidence and product value into meaningful adoption and sustainable growth. You’ll also bring field intelligence back to national leadership to improve sales strategy, processes, and launch execution.
