Builder Product II

As a Builder Product II, you will help transform residential construction software through innovative AI-native product development and agentic technologies. You will focus on modernizing ERP solutions for residential home builders, translating complex construction workflows into precise, executable missions for product and engineering teams. Working at the intersection of Product Management, AI, Engineering, and UX Research, you will drive the development of intelligent capabilities that simplify estimating, purchasing, scheduling, and job costing. You will leverage large language models, autonomous agent frameworks, and data-driven insights to accelerate discovery, improve prioritization, and deliver measurable customer value. A key part of your mission will be improving collaboration between home builders and building material dealers through more connected and automated workflows.
