Presales Engineer

TP-Link Networks Hungary Kft. is looking for a Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong focus on VIGI security solutions. The role supports our partners with technical expertise and contributes to the successful implementation of TP-Link’s professional surveillance systems. Key Responsibilities - Provide dedicated pre-sales support for TP-Link VIGI security products and solutions - Conduct technical consultations, needs assessments, and prepare solution recommendations for surveillance projects - Support partners in designing IP-based security systems (cameras, NVRs, storage, network infrastructure) - Deliver product demos and technical presentations (in-person and online) focusing on VIGI capabilities - Assist partners with system configuration, compatibility questions, and optimal deployment practices - Prepare technical documentation, configuration guidelines, and project proposals - Maintain strong professional relationships with system integrators, resellers, and security-focused partners - Participate in partner trainings, workshops, and professional events related to VIGI Requirements - Technical educational background or related work experience - Solid understanding of IP-based surveillance systems (cameras, NVRs, PoE, storage, video streams) - At least intermediate English language knowledge - Basic networking knowledge: LAN, VLAN, routing, switching - 2–4 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, system engineering, or technical support - Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset - Ability to work independently and proactively - Valid B category driving license - willigness to travel within Hungary Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing CCTV or IP surveillance systems - Background in system integration or security technology - Familiarity with TP-Link VIGI or other security vendors - Experience delivering technical trainings or workshops - Acquired certifications such as (HCSA,HCE,HCP,DCA,DCE,DCP) What We Offer - Stable international company background - Competitive salary and bonus structure, annualy bonus + half year KPI Bonus - Car Allowance - Professional development opportunities - Supportive team environment, collaborative work culture
