GoLang AI Engineer

Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior GoLang AI Engineer to design, build, and scale enterprise backend systems and generative AI-powered applications. In this role, you will lead the integration of LLMs, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows into cloud-native microservices while promoting engineering best practices across distributed international teams. Core Responsibilities - GoLang & Distributed Systems: Design, build, and optimize high-performance microservices, event-driven architectures, RESTful APIs, and gRPC services. - AI & GenAI Integration: Operationalize LLM-driven applications, RAG solutions, and agentic workflows by integrating models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Hugging Face) and vector databases. - Cloud-Native & DevOps: Deploy scalable applications using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and automated CI/CD pipelines across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Technical Leadership & Collaboration: Participate in architecture reviews, mentor junior engineers, and partner with product managers, data scientists, and business stakeholders. Candidate Profile & Skillset - Backend & Systems: Strong expertise in GoLang (3+ yrs), Python, microservices design, SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), and messaging platforms (Kafka, NATS, PubSub). - AI & Machine Learning: Hands-on experience with LLM integration, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Qdrant, FAISS). - Infrastructure & Security: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana), and secure API standards (OAuth2, JWT, DevSecOps). - Experience Level: 6–7 years of total software engineering experience (including 3+ years in GoLang and 2+ years in GenAI solutions). - Domain & Competencies (Preferred): Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science (or equivalent); experience in Financial Services, Banking, Telecom, or Enterprise SaaS; exposure to MLOps, multi-agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI), and distributed European/North American cross-functional teams.
