Director, Data and Platform

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Data and Platform based in United States. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for shaping data architecture, platform infrastructure, and DevOps for a high-leverage AI engineering team. You will own the full data lifecycle, from ingestion and transformation through extracts, reporting, and stakeholder-facing analytics. The role combines architecture, software development, infrastructure, and people leadership, with direct reports from the start. You will establish technical standards while personally building and shipping production-grade systems. Working closely with AI engineering, product, research, and business leaders, you will align technical investments with strategic priorities.
