Director, Quality Systems

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Quality Systems based in United States. This is a leadership opportunity to build and scale an integrated Quality Management System (QMS) within a growing pharmaceutical and biotechnology environment preparing for commercialization. Reporting to the VP of Global Quality, you will establish robust, risk-based quality processes that support compliance across Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and broader GxP activities. You will lead quality governance, computerized system oversight, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Working closely with internal quality leaders and external partners, you will embed quality standards into operational processes while maintaining business agility. Your work will help strengthen regulatory compliance, data integrity, and organizational readiness for inspections and future growth. This fully remote role is suited to an experienced quality leader who combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a practical approach to building scalable systems.
