What you'll be doing: - Developing and deploying machine learning models into real-world environments - Working directly with customers to understand problems and build AI solutions - Building end-to-end systems, from sensor data through to user-facing applications - Integrating AI into software products and resource-constrained hardware - Experimenting with new approaches and solving complex technical challenges - Working across the full lifecycle, from prototyping through to deployment What we're looking for: - A strong technical degree from a leading university, or relevant early-career engineering experience - A solid foundation in machine learning, algorithms or applied mathematics - Proficiency in Python and experience with C++, Java, Rust or similar languages - Familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX - Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to build things that work outside the lab - Excellent communication skills and an interest in working directly with customers Why join?
