Senior Solutions Architect – AI & HPC Infrastructure St Albans | Hybrid Working | £70,000–£80,000 + Team Bonus + Benefits We're recruiting for an established, specialist provider of high-performance computing, AI infrastructure and enterprise server and storage solutions, working with leading technology partners including NVIDIA. They're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with strong HPC architecture expertise to design complex, multi-node computing solutions for enterprise and research customers. This is a technical pre-sales architecture role, working alongside sales teams and customers to design, size and validate HPC and NVIDIA GPU-based AI infrastructure, with projects typically valued between £5m and £30m. What We're Looking For: - Strong HPC architecture experience, designing or delivering multi-node computing clusters. - Understanding of cluster scalability, including compute, networking, storage, power and cooling. - Knowledge of NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, ideally HGX, DGX or equivalent platforms. - Experience with high-performance networking and storage, including InfiniBand, RoCE and parallel storage. - Strong Linux and server infrastructure knowledge, ideally including Kubernetes or Slurm. - Experience with technical design, infrastructure sizing and customer-facing solution development. Ideally, you'll have an HPC/AI Solutions Architecture background, although experienced HPC Engineers, Systems Architects and Technical Consultants will also be considered. Large-scale cluster experience isn't essential, provided you understand HPC architecture and scalability.
