Chief Technology Officer

Silverstone is seeking a Chief Technology Officer to lead the next chapter of our technology, digital and data strategy. As the home of the Formula 1 British Grand Prix and one of the world’s leading motorsport, leisure and event destinations, Silverstone has evolved into a diverse, year-round business, spanning motorsport, hospitality, accommodation, conferencing, events and leisure. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the CTO will take end-to-end responsibility for technology across the organisation, including digital platforms, enterprise applications, data and AI, cyber security, infrastructure, event technology and IT operations. This is a highly commercial technology leadership role. We are looking for someone who can harness technology to improve fan and guest experiences, strengthen operational performance and create opportunities for revenue and growth. We are looking for a leader with: - Significant CTO, transformation or senior technology leadership experience. - A track record of delivering enterprise-wide technology, digital and data strategies. - Strong experience across data, AI, cyber security, digital platforms and enterprise technology. - Experience of complex, customer-facing or live operational environments. - Strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate credibly at Executive and Board level. - An engaging, pragmatic leadership style with a strong focus on delivery.
