Attorney - Litigation & Regulatory Compliance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Attorney – Litigation & Regulatory Compliance based in the United States. This fully remote opportunity is designed for an experienced attorney with a strong background in litigation and regulatory compliance. The role supports a federal Office of Chief Counsel, providing legal research, analysis, drafting, and advisory services across a range of complex legal matters. A key focus is assessing contractor compliance with federal regulations governing the management of legal services, particularly 10 CFR Part 719. The attorney will also contribute to government procurement, contract negotiations, and reviews of legal costs and budgets. This position offers the opportunity to apply strong legal judgment and writing skills in a federal government environment. It is a full-time role with travel as requested.
