Service Manager, Preventative Maintenance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Service Manager, Preventative Maintenance based in  United States. We are seeking an experienced service leader to oversee and scale preventive maintenance programs for advanced cooling equipment deployed across the U.S. market. In this role, you will own PM strategy, contract delivery, renewal performance, field execution quality, and long-term equipment reliability. You will lead distributed field teams and service partners, ensuring maintenance activities meet technical, safety, quality, and warranty standards. Working closely with corrective maintenance teams and Engineering, you will use operational data to identify recurring issues and improve equipment performance. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on sustainable cooling solutions for data centers and commercial buildings.
