Manager of Payroll and Benefits (Global)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Manager of Payroll and Benefits (Global) based in Canada. Take ownership of a global payroll and benefits function, ensuring employees receive accurate, timely compensation and a consistent, supportive benefits experience. As Manager of Payroll and Benefits, you will oversee end-to-end payroll operations across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and India, navigating the regulatory requirements of each jurisdiction. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will work closely with Finance and cross-functional partners to manage payroll, benefits administration, commissions, and variable compensation. You will also play a key role in month-end financial processes, reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and audit readiness. In this remote-first environment, you will have the autonomy to improve processes, strengthen controls, and introduce automation and AI-driven efficiencies.
