Director, CPG Partnerships

This role leads the development of strategic partnerships with major consumer packaged goods companies, with a strong focus on originating new commercial opportunities. You will build executive-level relationships, develop a high-value partnership pipeline, and negotiate programs that create measurable value for both consumers and brand partners. The position centers on brand-funded offers, discounts, cashback promotions, product launches, sampling, and shopper marketing initiatives. You will operate in a highly external, relationship-driven environment with significant autonomy and commercial ownership. Success will depend on your ability to open doors, structure compelling agreements, and turn strategic relationships into recurring business.
