Founding Business Operations

Here at Magic, we're personalizing real world experiences. Our first product, Loyalist, is an agentic CRM for restaurants, and we're expanding into members clubs, hotels, and more. We're looking for a founding ops hire. This person is a generalist who can help build internal processes as we scale. You will be responsible for business operations, finance, and strategic initiatives. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented and a self-starter. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Take on strategic projects and own them end to end - Oversee the finance and reporting function - Keep us compliant, from paperwork to processes - Own and develop internal processes as we scale across multiple functions QUALIFICATIONS - Clear and strong communicator - Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance multiple projects - Bias toward action - Experience in a previous ops role, or in consulting or banking, is a plus THE OFFER - Salary range $110,000-$150,000 and equity - We work in person 5 days a week in our SoHo office - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance for you and all your dependents (FSA and HSA plans available) - Lunch daily from the best restaurants in NYC; you choose all the restaurants your first week - Unlimited PTO
