Account Executive (Polish)

ABOUT THE ROLE This is a high-velocity closing role on a growing sales team at a seed-funded AI SaaS company serving small and medium-sized businesses. You will own a warm, pre-qualified inbound pipeline and be accountable for monthly and quarterly quota targets, playing a direct part in shaping the sales motion as the company scales. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Run 8 to 16 qualified demo calls daily, converting warm inbound leads into closed deals. - Own monthly and quarterly quota targets with full accountability for your pipeline. - Execute structured follow-ups and maintain clean CRM hygiene to keep deals moving. - Source new opportunities independently when the pipeline requires it. - Contribute feedback and ideas to refine and improve the sales process as the team grows. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 1 or more years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS environments. - Proven track record closing deals through a structured sales funnel. - Experience managing CRM systems and maintaining pipeline hygiene with structured follow-up processes. - Demonstrated ability to conduct and close sales demos with qualified prospects. - Comfortable working with high-volume inbound lead streams and quota-based targets. - Ability to independently source and pursue outbound opportunities when needed. - Native Polish speaker with strong English proficiency at C1 level or above. - High discipline, strong ownership mentality, and genuine drive to earn. - Familiarity with AI or automation product categories is a plus. - Willingness to travel temporarily to Vienna for an initial onboarding and culture immersion period of 1 to 2 weeks. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Base salary of 65,000 to 80,000 EUR annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. LOCATION On-site in Vienna, Austria.
