Solution Architect - Dynamics CRM / D365 CE (Wroclaw, Poland)

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience to design and lead enterprise-scale cloud solutions for international clients. You will shape technical architecture, drive system integration and guide engineering teams, combining hands-on Azure expertise with a strong understanding of CRM-driven business processes. Key responsibilities: - Design scalable, secure and cost-effective solutions using Microsoft Azure. - Architect integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and/or F&O, ERP platforms, CRM systems, CPQ solutions, portals and third-party APIs. - Lead architectural decisions, document technical roadmaps and provide guidance to development and DevOps teams. - Drive Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and ARM templates. - Improve CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, system reliability and cloud cost efficiency. Key requirements: - Proven experience designing enterprise-level solutions and complex system integrations. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure architecture, networking, security and governance. - Solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, particularly CE, and integrating CRM with external platforms. - Hands-on experience with Bicep and Infrastructure as Code. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Dynamics 365 or Power Platform Solution Architect certifications, automated testing, performance testing, and experience with data platforms such as Snowflake is beneficial.
