Transform enterprise IT support with intelligent architecture — design AI-driven solutions that automate, scale, and elevate the helpdesk experience.
Krakow-based opportunity with a hybrid work model, including 6 days per month.
As a Senior AI Solution Architect, you will be working for our client on a strategic global transformation initiative focused on modernising the IT Helpdesk experience through AI-driven support, automation, and intelligent task execution. You will shape the technical direction of the programme, designing secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions in collaboration with delivery, engineering, AI, and business teams.
Your main responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for programme workstreams.
- Translate business objectives and requirements into scalable technical designs.
- Produce and maintain high-level and low-level architecture documentation.
- Design and govern AI-enabled solutions using RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, LLM orchestration, agentic AI frameworks, MCP integrations, and AI security controls.
- Define integration, API, event-driven, and orchestration patterns across enterprise platforms, knowledge sources, automation platforms, and future channels.
- Establish architectural standards, design principles, and governance practices.
- Support decisions related to cloud hosting, containers, identity management, authentication, monitoring, auditability, and security.
- Act as the technical bridge between business, delivery, and engineering teams while identifying dependencies, assumptions, and architectural risks.
You're ideal for this role if you have:
- At least 8 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Lead Technical Architect.
- A proven track record of designing large-scale enterprise platforms and integrations.
- Strong knowledge of application, data, integration, infrastructure, and security architecture.
- Practical experience with generative AI platforms, agentic AI frameworks, MCP, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, prompt orchestration, and AI governance.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, containers, Kubernetes, microservices, API management, DevOps/CI/CD, and observability.
- Experience creating architecture artefacts for both technical and executive audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and pragmatic decision-making skills.
- The ability to work effectively across different cultures, working styles, and time zones in a global environment.
Language Required for the role: Fluent English.
Eligibility for the role: Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.
