Senior IaC Engineer

Responsibilities: - Design and maintain reusable IaC modules for multi-cloud and hybrid environments. - Build self-service provisioning workflows using GitOps. - Define IaC standards, testing strategies, and automated security and compliance checks. - Manage infrastructure state and automate the full lifecycle, from provisioning to decommissioning. - Improve availability, disaster recovery, security, performance, and cost efficiency. - Lead IaC adoption, conduct code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor engineers. - Integrate AI-assisted workflows, validating generated code and operational risks. What We’re Looking For: - Strong experience with Terraform or Crossplane, Azure, and GCP. - Hands-on experience with reusable modules, GitOps, and CI/CD for infrastructure. - Knowledge of Policy as Code, infrastructure testing, secrets management, networking, and IAM/RBAC. - Familiarity with observability, compliance, disaster recovery, and FinOps. - Strong technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to use AI tools responsibly, ensuring code quality and security.
