About the Role Domain ArchitectRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Domain Architect to shape the evolution of the digital landscape across assigned business domains. The role focuses on translating business objectives into effective technology solutions, aligning architectural decisions with enterprise-wide principles, and simplifying complex application environments. You will work closely with business leaders, digital teams, and technology partners to define target architectures, guide transformation initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities - Key Responsibilities - Define architectural standards and technology direction across applications, integrations, and data within assigned business domains. - Assess proposed digital solutions and initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and established standards. - Develop target-state architectures and transformation roadmaps aligned with business priorities and long-term technology strategy. - Provide architectural guidance throughout the lifecycle of digital initiatives, supporting design decisions and solution selection. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, digital teams, and external technology partners to identify and implement suitable solutions. - Identify opportunities to simplify the application landscape, reduce duplication, consolidate systems, and optimize technology costs. - Monitor emerging technologies and assess their potential applicability and business value within the organization. - Promote architectural consistency, standardization, and harmonization across business and technology domains. Qualifications - University degree in a relevant discipline. Required Skills - Required Experience and Skills - 5–8 years of experience in IT, including solution design or architecture within a business domain. - Knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks, such as TOGAF or equivalent approaches. - Experience working with enterprise systems, particularly ERP, MES, LIMS, or QMS platforms. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in international environments. - Ability to balance business requirements with technical constraints and architectural standards. - Fluent English. Preferred Skills - Nice to Have - Understanding of how digital transformation and AI can support business objectives. - Experience with business process digitalization and workflow automation. - Ability to identify and evaluate AI use cases with measurable business value. - Familiarity with data platforms, data-driven solutions, and AI technologies. - Awareness of information security requirements, regulatory considerations, and compliance standards. - Experience partnering with business stakeholders on digital transformation and AI initiatives.
