Senior Manager, Business Analytics - Strategic Modeling

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Analytics – Strategic Modeling based in Canada. We are seeking an experienced business analytics leader to build and lead a strategic modeling function that connects financial forecasting, customer demand, and workforce capacity planning. In this role, you will transform complex business assumptions and operational data into forward-looking insights that support critical financial and organizational decisions. You will lead a multidisciplinary analytics team, develop sophisticated forecasting methodologies, and establish scalable models that anticipate business needs and identify emerging opportunities. Working closely with Finance, Operations, Recruiting, and senior leadership, you will influence long-term planning and resource allocation across the organization.
