Customer Success Manager — Measure Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager — Measure Marketing based in Netherlands. As a Customer Success Manager, you will build trusted, long-term relationships with B2B clients while ensuring their digital marketing investments deliver measurable business results. You will connect SEO, paid search, content, and emerging AI-powered search strategies to outcomes such as visibility, qualified traffic, and lead generation. Acting as the primary client contact, you will translate complex performance data into clear insights, strategic recommendations, and actionable plans. You will work closely with SEO, PPC, content, web, and development specialists to keep projects aligned with client objectives. By proactively identifying risks and opportunities, you will strengthen retention, improve customer satisfaction, and support account growth. This is a fully remote opportunity requiring at least five hours of daily overlap with North American Eastern Time.
