Director, Solutions Lead - Space Warfighting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Solutions Lead - Space Warfighting based in United States. This senior leadership role owns the strategic solutions roadmap for a space warfighting mission area spanning global mission operations, space control, space access, and space energy and wargaming. You will serve as the senior solution architect, translating complex customer mission challenges into differentiated, executable, and repeatable solutions. The role focuses on evolving services-based capabilities into technology-enabled Mission Solutions supported by reusable tools, data, demonstrations, and delivery approaches. You will work across growth, engineering, operations, finance, contracts, mission portfolios, industry partners, and government customers to shape strategic pursuits. A key part of the position involves defining MVPs, reference architectures, make/buy/partner strategies, and investment priorities aligned with future pipeline opportunities. You will also guide solution maturity from concept through pilot and repeatable delivery while supporting executive-level customer engagements.
