Creative Strategist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Strategist based in India. This is a hands-on creative strategy role focused on building and scaling high-performing paid advertising creative. You will own the full creative lifecycle, from concept development and briefing through production, testing, and iteration. Working closely with creative and production teams, you will turn performance insights into new hooks, angles, scripts, and campaigns. The role offers significant ownership within a fast-moving, mission-led environment. You will manage a high-volume creative pipeline while balancing brand consistency with performance objectives. Success will be measured through creative quality, throughput, learning, and measurable advertising results.
