WFG Director ESHQ

The WFG Director ESHQ will lead the development and execution of the organization’s Environmental, Safety, Health, and Quality (ESHQ) strategy, ensuring the highest standards of operational safety, regulatory compliance, and quality management. This senior leadership role focuses on building robust management systems that support complex, high-risk technical and scientific operations. The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, strengthen risk management practices, and ensure the protection of employees, the public, and the environment. Working across multiple departments, the Director will establish clear policies, oversee compliance initiatives, and promote accountability at every organizational level. This role also involves engaging with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders while providing strategic guidance to senior leadership.
