Technical Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

The Company Experis are partnering with a specialist Microsoft Dynamics partner based in Northamptonshire, experts in Business Central and NAV. They are a friendly, down to earth team of certified Dynamics professionals, many with over 20 years of experience, and they have a strong track record of successful implementations and great customer references. Alongside Business Central, they work across Power BI and the Power Platform and are recognised specialists in systems and data integration. The role You will be the lead technical authority for their largest and most strategic client, which is moving its ERP onto Business Central. Working directly with senior stakeholders, you will shape the technical direction of the account, design solutions and integrations, and guide the delivery team from design through to go live. You will share ownership of this key client relationship, working closely with the company owner as a trusted partner on the account. This role gives you real influence over how the platform is built and how the relationship grows. What You Will Be Doing Acting as the trusted technical advisor to the client, including C level stakeholders Designing end to end Business Central solutions, data migration approaches and integrations Producing architectural documentation and staying hands on with technical design Supporting and guiding developers and consultants through delivery Spotting opportunities to add value across Business Central, Power BI and the Power Platform What You Will Bring Expert level knowledge of Business Central, with in depth technical understanding of the platform (NAV experience a strong advantage) A development background, with the ability to get into the detail when needed Strong solution and integration design experience across ERP projects Confidence in customer facing roles, comfortable leading conversations and reading a room A desire to take ownership and build something long term Why apply You will lead the technical side of the flagship account at an established Microsoft partner, in a close knit team that values people over process.
