Legal Compliance Manager (Corporate)

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a broad corporate compliance program across healthcare, anti-corruption, antitrust, and anti-money laundering matters. You will help strengthen compliance frameworks, identify potential areas of risk, and develop practical strategies to mitigate exposure. The position combines policy development, risk assessments, monitoring, third-party due diligence, training, and compliance reporting. You will work closely with Legal, Finance, IT, HR, Regulatory, and business teams to resolve compliance issues and support sound decision-making. The role also provides exposure to healthcare compliance, government contracting, transparency reporting, investigations, and business acquisitions. Success requires strong judgment, project management skills, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.
