Our partner is looking for a Lead Engineer – Front End Platform & Design System based in Australia. The Lead Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical direction and evolution of a large-scale front-end engineering platform. You will establish shared tools, frameworks, design systems, and development standards that enable engineering teams to deliver high-quality products more efficiently and consistently. Working across engineering, product, design, and infrastructure, you will drive technical alignment and influence strategic decisions across multiple teams. You will help modernize the front-end technology stack, improve development workflows, and strengthen performance, accessibility, and security. Alongside your technical contributions, you will mentor engineers, promote engineering excellence, and foster a collaborative development culture.
