Senior Civil Site Grading Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Civil Site Grading Engineer based in the United States. This remote engineering role provides senior-level technical leadership for civil site grading and design across complex utility substation projects. You’ll lead the development and review of grading, drainage, earthwork, erosion control, and related civil engineering deliverables. The position spans projects of varying sizes, complexities, and voltage classes across transmission and distribution substations. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, project managers, clients, survey teams, geotechnical specialists, and external stakeholders. A major focus is improving engineering quality and delivery through automation, reusable tools, standards, and scalable workflows. The role also provides opportunities to mentor engineering teams, support business development, and influence departmental technical standards.
