Specialist, Professional Development Design, ASI

Our partner is looking for a Specialist, Professional Development Design, ASI based in the United States. This fixed-term role is focused on designing high-quality professional learning experiences for PreK–12 educators. You’ll combine expertise in teaching, coaching, professional development, assessment, and intervention to create impactful learning solutions. The role spans instructor-led training, virtual workshops, eLearning, videos, toolkits, webpages, and other digital resources. You’ll collaborate across teams to align professional development with evolving products, educator needs, and customer priorities. A strong focus on user experience, adult learning, accessibility, and practical application will shape your work. You’ll use participant and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve content, delivery methods, and learning outcomes.
