Authorization & Bus Station Manager

About the Role - Oversee legal requirements and obtain the authorizations and line concessions needed for planned routes in a timely manner - Manage and support the team, coordinating day-to-day priorities and fostering knowledge-sharing and development - Build and maintain proactive communication with regulatory bodies to ensure all licenses for regular transport are secured and kept up to date - Optimize stop and station infrastructure to support reliable, high-quality operations - Develop and maintain strong relationships with bus station operators and infrastructure partners across the Polish market - Coordinate with infrastructure managers on settlements, schedule changes, and administrative updates - Partner closely with Network Planning, Business Development, and global Authorization teams to design and deliver a high-quality route network - Provide tactical support to the Business Development Manager and contribute to ongoing strategic projects About You - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, Law, or a related field - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in transport, authorizations, or a comparable role - Strong knowledge of transportation legislation and passenger transport processes, with experience handling official correspondence, permits, and related documentation - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team - Fluent in Polish and English We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
