Chief Technology Officer

Hands-on CTO | Startup to Scale-up London | Up to £300k I'm partnering with an ambitious technology business looking to hire a hands-on CTO to lead its technology and engineering function as the business enters its next stage of growth. I'm keen to speak with proven CTOs, Co-Founders and Founders who combine strong engineering credentials with deep AI expertise and a track record of building products and scaling teams. What we're looking for: - Previous experience as a hands-on CTO, Co-Founder or Founder within a startup or high-growth technology business. - Exceptional software engineering and technical architecture skills. - Strong practical AI experience, including building and deploying AI products using LLMs and modern AI technologies. - An excellent academic background, ideally from a leading university in a relevant technical discipline. - Experience building, managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams. - A track record of taking technology products from early-stage development through to scale. - Strong commercial instincts, with the ability to turn business objectives into technical strategy and execution.
