Key Responsibilities - Assist with mergers and acquisitions transactions from inception to completion - Conduct and manage due diligence exercises - Draft, review and negotiate transaction-related documentation - Prepare and coordinate completion documentation - Provide corporate and commercial legal advice to clients - Support senior legal professionals on a variety of corporate matters Requirements - Fully qualified lawyer - Master's degree (LL.M. or equivalent) considered an asset - Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience considered advantageous - Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Maltese - Ability to work effectively within a team environment - Capable of managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines Originally posted on Himalayas
