Director, Government Partnerships

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Government Partnerships based in United States. This is a senior leadership opportunity to build and scale a public sector partnerships function across Federal and SLED markets. You will own the strategy, partner ecosystem, programs, and team responsible for generating partner-sourced pipeline and revenue. The role sits at the intersection of government customers, technology partners, systems integrators, resellers, service providers, and compliance specialists. You will design the structures, coverage models, and enablement programs that allow a partner network to grow efficiently and sustainably. Working closely with sales, product, legal, marketing, and channel leadership, you will turn ecosystem insights into commercial and product opportunities. This is a highly visible player-coach role for an experienced public sector partnerships leader who enjoys building functions from the ground up. You will have meaningful influence over investment decisions, partner quality, government-market strategy, and the future growth of the public sector business.
