Legal Intake Specialist (Philippines)

This is a remote position. Job Overview: We are looking for an Intake Specialist to handle inbound calls related to Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a neutral English accent, and the ability to assist callers professionally and empathetically. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound SSDI inquiries and conduct initial client intake. - Gather and accurately document caller information. - Assess potential client eligibility based on intake guidelines. - Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
