Workday Test Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Workday Test Engineer based in India. The Workday Test Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and production readiness of Workday HR solutions supporting a global human resources organization. This position combines functional and integration testing, test planning, defect management, and test automation across multiple projects and workstreams. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, Learning, and Digital Technology teams to validate business processes and deliver dependable system functionality. Working closely with developers and quality assurance colleagues, you will identify defects, coordinate resolutions, and contribute to continuous improvements in testing practices. The role also offers opportunities to expand automated testing capabilities using Kainos and other testing tools while maintaining high standards for data privacy and security. Based in Bengaluru, this is a hybrid opportunity suited to an experienced QA professional who thrives in a collaborative, structured, and fast-paced project environment.
