You will lead the pre-sales services motion for complex enterprise opportunities, helping customers understand how to turn technology investments into measurable business outcomes. Working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Support, and resilience specialists, you will shape solutions that support customers from initial engagement through successful implementation. You will own services scoping, proposals, statements of work, pipeline management, forecasting, and bookings. The role also provides an opportunity to influence the evolution of an AI-enhanced services sales model, including automation across quoting, forecasting, scoping, and SOW creation.
