AI Product Manager — Strategy meets Build

The kind of company where the next two years will look very different from the last two. The role This is not a classic PM role. Forget roadmaps, backlogs and feature specs. You’ll be half strategic advisor, half builder. You sit with senior leaders at enterprise clients, understand how their operations really work, and then you build and deploy the AI agents that transform them. Yourself. You own your accounts end to end: from the first agent in production to rolling AI out across the whole organization. Your clients measure you on results, not on decks. What you’ll actually do - Own a portfolio of 2–3 enterprise accounts as their trusted AI partner - Map their operations, find where AI creates the most value, and turn that into a deployment plan - Build, configure and launch AI agents hands-on, then iterate on them until they perform - Track and present agent performance to client leadership - Work in small, autonomous pods alongside engineers, with direct access to the founders What we’re looking for - You’ve sat in front of senior clients and earned their trust, in strategy consulting (top-tier firms especially), in a startup, or both - You build.
