Our goal: create the world’s first swarm-based, airborne counter-drone system. 🎯 How you will make an impact: - Support the end-to-end recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles - Proactively identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter Active Search - Draft, publish, and continuously optimize job postings for performance and visibility - Conduct CV screening - Coordinate interviews and act as a reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the process - Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring pipelines in Greenhouse (ATS) - Support recruiting-related projects, reporting, and process improvement ✅ What you need to be successful: - Enrolled university student (business, psychology, HR, or a related field) - Initial hands-on experience in HR, recruiting or talent acquisition is required - Practical experience with Active Sourcing on LinkedIn is highly preferred - Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system is a plus - Fluent in German and English - Interest in technology-driven environments; prior exposure to tech or defense tech is a plus At Alpine Eagle, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a mission.
