Director/Senior Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Management

Our partner is looking for a Director / Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management leader to build, optimize, and scale the revenue operations function within a fast-growing virtual pediatric healthcare environment. In this strategic, hands-on role, you will oversee the full revenue cycle, including payer contracting, billing accuracy, denials management, collections, and financial reconciliation. You will lead and develop the RevOps team while partnering closely with Finance, Credentialing, Patient Support, Clinical Operations, and other key stakeholders. Beyond managing day-to-day performance, you will identify the root causes of revenue cycle challenges and implement lasting improvements across systems and processes. This is an opportunity to shape a scalable, data-driven RCM function that supports accessible, coordinated care while protecting financial performance. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely within the United States or from a San Francisco-area office.
