Our partner is looking for a Attorney – Leader of Health Care, Regulatory & Compliance based in United States. This is a high-impact legal and compliance leadership role at the intersection of health care, telehealth, pharmacy, and digital health regulation. You will serve as the primary internal authority on healthcare regulatory matters while building and operating a comprehensive compliance program. The role combines legal advisory work with hands-on program development across a complex, multi-state care delivery model. You will partner closely with clinical, pharmacy, product, engineering, growth, operations, and people teams to enable compliant business growth. The position requires strong judgment, commercial fluency, and the ability to translate evolving regulations into practical guidance and clear action plans. You will also help safeguard professional entity structures, patient safety, privacy, prescribing practices, and clinical independence. This largely autonomous role offers broad ownership and the opportunity to shape the evolution of legal and compliance functions within a growing digital health environment.
