Data Collection Lead, AI/ML Data Programs

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Data Collection Lead, AI/ML Data Programs based in Brazil. We are looking for an experienced Data Collection Lead to oversee end-to-end data collection projects supporting the development and improvement of artificial intelligence and machine learning models. In this role, you will translate complex client requirements into actionable collection strategies, ensuring the right participants, resources, methodologies, and quality standards are in place. You will manage distributed teams, freelancers, and external vendors while coordinating projects across different data types, including images, video, audio, speech, and multimodal datasets. From pilot execution to large-scale production and final delivery, you will ensure projects meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will solve operational challenges, mitigate risks, and continuously improve collection processes.
