Compliance Supervisor

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Compliance Supervisor based in the United States. The Compliance Supervisor will lead a centralized national team responsible for audit readiness, regulatory compliance, risk management, licensing administration, and operational controls within post-closing services. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory standards, mitigating business risks, and ensuring consistent compliance practices across multiple states and business units. You will oversee audits, regulatory inquiries, fraud prevention activities, financial exceptions, licensing requirements, and complex customer escalations. Working closely with Operations, Underwriting, Legal, Compliance, Risk, state agencies, and external partners, you will identify control gaps and drive effective corrective actions. The position also emphasizes team development, process optimization, documentation governance, and the implementation of consistent operating procedures.
