Junior Operations Coordinator (French-speaker)

JUNIOR OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (FRENCH-SPEAKER) Part-time (30 hours per week), Remote. CET working hours, split between morning and afternoon. THE ROLE As a Junior Operations Coordinator, you will help keep car transports across Europe running smoothly from pickup to delivery. You will coordinate with compounds, drivers and carriers, keep customers informed by phone, and jump in wherever the operations team needs support in a fast-moving environment. You'll work closely with the operations team and speak daily with customers, carriers and partners, often in French. This role is ideal for a high-energy, highly motivated person who enjoys being on the phone, thrives on a busy day, and wants to grow their responsibilities as the company scales. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate car transports end to end, keeping compounds and drivers aligned on pickups and deliveries - Track active transports and step in quickly when delays or issues come up - Handle phone calls with customers in French and English, keeping them updated at every stage of their transport - Communicate with carriers, customers and partners to keep handovers smooth and information flowing - Keep order and transport details accurate and up to date - Provide ad hoc support to the operations team as priorities shift IDEAL CANDIDATE - Fluent in French and English, spoken and written - Based in Africa or Europe, with no more than a 2-hour time difference from CET - Available to work 30 hours per week on CET hours, split between morning and afternoon - Available to start by early December - Confident, clear communicator on the phone - High energy and highly motivated, bringing strong focus and work ethic to every shift - Proactive and hands-on, solves problems rather than waiting for instructions - Organised multitasker with strong attention to detail, and eager to take on more as the company grows NICE TO HAVE - Spanish language skills - Prior experience in customer support or sales Join Our Team Be part of a collaborative, innovative environment where your technical skills and product instincts can make a real impact.
