Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI / LLMs Dublin Technology: Python, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, MCP, Azure ACCPRO Recruitment is partnering with a leading global Insurance & Reinsurance organisation on an exciting greenfield AI innovation project. Our client is building a next-generation AI platform focused on transforming insurance operations through autonomous AI agents, intelligent automation and advanced Machine Learning. This is an opportunity to join a small, highly technical team developing AI solutions from scratch, with genuine ownership of engineering, architecture and delivery. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML applications and autonomous AI agents. - Build Agentic AI workflows, RAG pipelines, and LLM integrations. - Develop Python-based applications, APIs and MCP integrations. - Implement LLM evaluation frameworks, testing, and performance monitoring. - Contribute to cloud-native AI architecture and scalable solutions. - Collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders. - Research and implement emerging AI technologies to automate complex business processes. Essential Skills & Experience - Strong hands-on Python development experience. - Proven experience building AI/ML applications end-to-end. - Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI). - Practical knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration. - Experience with MCP development, APIs, and system integrations. - Understanding of LLM evaluation, testing, and reliability. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a greenfield environment. Desirable Experience - Microsoft Azure AI / Microsoft Foundry. - C#/.NET development. - Reinforcement Learning. - Insurance, Financial Services, or regulated industry experience. Interested?
