Technical Director| Digital Engineering & AI | €175k

Ingenio is partnering with a leading digital engineering consultancy that’s busy, growing and hiring now. They want a senior technical leader who can own delivery of bespoke software, lead multiple engineering teams and be a trusted partner to senior clients. Not a traditional Programme Director or Delivery Manager role: strong technical credibility and practical AI experience are non-negotiable. What You’ll Do: - Own delivery and technical direction across large, multi-team programmes. - Work with senior clients to shape the right solution. - Lead the design and integration of practical AI-enabled solutions. - Manage risk, protect engineering quality and grow your client accounts. What We’re Looking For: - Strong software engineering and complex solution architecture experience. - Practical AI experience, including designing, building or integrating AI-enabled solutions. - Proven leadership of multiple engineering teams and large technical programmes. - Confidence engaging with CIOs, CTOs and senior business stakeholders. - Broad expertise across software engineering, architecture, cloud and modern development practices. - Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical solutions and delivery plans. Package: up to €175k + 20% bonus + Comission Consulting and professional services experience is desirable, but not essential. Bespoke custom software delivery and a build-and-bill track record will set you apart.
