Development & Construction Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Development & Construction Manager based in Brazil. As a Development & Construction Manager, you will oversee multiple real estate construction and development projects within a private equity investment environment. You will manage projects from initial planning through completion, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations. The role combines contractor and vendor management, scheduling, cost control, contract administration, and technical plan reviews. You will also contribute to feasibility assessments and project estimates for new developments and redevelopment opportunities. Working remotely, you will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum and resolve challenges. This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-value industrial real estate projects, including self-storage and light industrial assets.
